Our Communications Center is available 24 hours a day with experienced communication specialists for immediate response to all your transport needs.

Our communicators are Certified Flight Communicators and Emergency Medical Technicians. Our communications specialists have also received specialized training in customer service, flight following and logistical support for each mode of transport

The center processes each request, coordinates the appropriate crew and vehicle and continues to organize every aspect to ensure a safe, bedside-to-bedside transport.

Our Communications Center is equipped with specialized equipment and software created exclusively for air and ground communications and satellite tracking of vehicles.
