The natural physical losses that come with age raise the risk of falls and other hazard for older adults. Exercise helps strengthen muscles and bolster endurance that enables us to complete daily living tasks and do things we enjoy. It also creates a feeling of well-being, reduces stress and depression, and enhances sleep quality.
