What is a sleep study? A sleep study is one of the most important tools we use to diagnose sleep disorders. Your night's sleep will be monitored by our trained, professional staff using state-of-the-art sensors to measure your heart activity, leg movement, brain activity, and breathing patterns.
Where and when does the sleep study take place? The sleep study will take place at one of our convenient locations. You will stay in a cozy, private room that includes a bed that can adjust to your comfort level. The room also contains a private bathroom, television, and most locations also have wireless internet access. Patients will arrive around 7p.m. and will leave the following morning around 7a.m. after receiving a continental breakfast. The flexible scheduling allows appointments Monday-Friday evenings.
How do I get more information? If you think that you have a sleep problem, contact your primary care physician or one of our sleep specialists to discuss possible treatments.
