CMC Orthopaedic Residency Training Program has sufficient technical, clerical, and other non-physician personnel to support its administrative and educational conduct.

Orthopaedic Casting Technicians
CMC employs a full-time staff of well-trained Ortho-Techs that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are able to help the residents place splints, casts, and to provide additional hands in the handling of patients on the wards and in the emergency rooms. They are a huge asset to the program allowing work to be done more efficiently, as well to help teach the residents about casts and splinting techniques.
