Carolinas Rehabilitation - Sports Medicine Program
Carolinas Rehabilitation Sports Medicine program provides expert help to maximize physical conditioning, speed and agility. Physical assessments and personalized training programs address physical limitations so athletes can reach their full potential. The training may significantly reduce injury risks and future health-related problems.
The program covers all ages and sports, including basketball, football, golf, baseball, soccer and tennis. Each athlete's care is coordinated by a team of professionals, including a physical therapist, athletic trainer and a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
