In this class, taught by a Certified Childbirth Educator/Certified Labor Support Specialist, you and your partner will both expand upon the knowledge you obtained from Childbirth Preparation Classes on relaxation, positioning and massage techniques. Your partner will also learn numerous methods on how to be emotionally and physically supportive before, during and after labor.

One class is $10.

• November 15, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at CMC
• November 19, 7 - 9 p.m. at CMC
