In this class, you and your partner will both expand upon the knowledge you obtained from Prepared Parent Childbirth Classes.
Topics include:
- relaxation
- positioning
- massage techniques
Your partner will also learn numerous methods on how to be emotionally and physically supportive before, during and after labor. The class is taught by a Certified Childbirth Educator/Certified Labor Support Specialist. One class is $10.
